Creating Launchers
From a running Task, open its context menu and choose Create Launcher when available. TaskManSync offers this only when KDE can resolve the window’s launch entry as an application. This launch capability is separate from the Task’s application identity, which may be unavailable or best-effort.
You can also drag an application onto a TaskManSync applet from sources such as the KDE application launcher, a Plasma launcher widget, or a .desktop file in Dolphin. The drop must provide an application entry TaskManSync and KDE can resolve; unsupported or invalid drops are ignored.
Drop it where you want the Launcher in the shared Order. Creating one from a Task places it next to that Task unless active Regions placement guides its position.
TaskManSync identifies the target by the resolved KDE application entry, not by a window title, process name, or icon. Creating the same target again does not add a duplicate.
There is no separate Launcher properties editor; its target comes from the application entry used to create it. See Using Launchers to move or remove it.
