Decorations

Decorations are persistent, user-defined displays in the TaskManSync workspace. A running application appears as a Task; a Launcher starts an application; a Decoration presents your own text or scripted content.

A definition stores reusable content and settings. A placement is one appearance of that definition in the workspace. Static definitions can have several placements; a Scripted definition can have one active placement.

Definitions and placements are shared by TaskManSync applets in the same Plasma session. Each applet renders the shared presentation using its own panel orientation and available space. A definition can also be limited to all applets or one selected applet.
